Who Can Play
Anyone 18 or older whose local rules permit online betting. Name, date of birth and phone number must be genuine and your own.
Identity Checks
An NID photo can be asked for whenever needed; it is always asked for when a first cash-out passes ৳30,000 or a payout wallet changes. Accounts with false details are frozen until resolved, and winnings made on them can be cancelled.

One Account per Person
Each person, phone number, device and wallet can be linked to one account. Twin accounts are shut as a pair, their offers cancelled, and genuine deposits refunded once reviewed.
Account Security
Your password, withdrawal PIN and SMS codes are your responsibility. Bets placed after a correct login count as yours. If you suspect someone else has access, change both codes and tell live chat at once. PKOK staff never request these details.
Changing Details
Password, phone number and wallets can be changed in Me, with an SMS code to confirm. Fixing your name or birth date requires an NID image.

Betting and Bonus Rules
In short: confirmed tickets stand; bonuses follow their offer card.
Sports and Exchange
A ticket is final once it appears in Betting Record. Bets at an obvious price error, or placed on a pre-match market after the start, are void with stakes returned. Rain-shortened cricket is settled by the declared DLS result; matches with no result are void. Exchange winnings carry a 2% commission per market. The maximum payout per ticket is ৳800,000.
Casino, Slots, Fishing and Lottery
Provider records decide results. A technical fault voids the round and its payouts. Lottery tickets cannot be cancelled.
Bonuses
Each offer shows its value, turnover, eligible games, maximum bet and expiry. The welcome bonus is 120% up to ৳9,999 with 12x turnover on deposit plus bonus within 10 days; the maximum bet while it runs is ৳600. One deposit bonus at a time. Hedged bets, bets over the limit, or several accounts on one offer cancel the bonus and its winnings.
Disputes
Disagree with a result? Tell chat within a week and give the ticket number. The answer arrives in writing in your inbox within 48 hours.
Official Messages
Term changes, dispute answers and security notices arrive in the inbox inside your account. Messages claiming to be from PKOK on Facebook, WhatsApp or Telegram, especially those asking for codes or promising prizes, are not official and should be ignored.
Responsible Play
The PKOK Terms & Conditions include the Responsible Gaming tools: deposit limits, time reminders, cool-off and self-exclusion. Once a cool-off or self-exclusion is set, it cannot be lifted early, even on request.
Suspension and Closure
In short: breaking rules can freeze an account; you can close yours any time.
PKOK can freeze an account during a review for duplicates, false details, bonus misuse or suspicious payments, and can close accounts that break these terms.
